Trump’s DOJ Is 0 for 22 Trying to Seize Your Voter Data, and Every Judge Said No

Here’s something I never thought I’d be writing about a Republican administration. The Department of Justice has now lost twenty-two straight federal court cases trying to force states to hand over your unredacted voter information. Twenty-two. Not one or two. Not a handful. Twenty-two courts have looked at this and told Washington to go home.

The latest loss came Friday in Nevada, where U.S. District Judge Anne Traum tossed out the DOJ’s lawsuit against the state and its Secretary of State Cisco
